What would make this topic easier to explain?
Infinite canvas
A visual space for work that does not fit a list.
Put the notes, links, files, images, media, and annotations for one piece of work in the same view. Arrange them according to how you think, not according to a folder tree.

Move and resize nodes on an open canvas.
Keep related nodes together without flattening the view.
Pop a useful node back out beside another app.
Canvas when it helps
See the project, not just its inventory.
Popout does not make you open a canvas for every note. Home, search, In focus, and recent work remain available for quick retrieval. A visual space is there for the moments that benefit from a wider view.
Start with the outcome, not a taxonomy
Create a space for a launch, a study topic, a design direction, or another concrete piece of work. Bring in the material that belongs to that outcome and let the structure emerge from what is actually there.
Put different kinds of context in one view
A text note can sit beside an image, a saved page, a video, a document, or a short annotation. The canvas preserves those useful differences instead of turning everything into identical rows.
Use position as part of the thinking
Move related nodes closer, separate alternatives, keep the current decision near the center, or make a rough sequence. The layout can stay provisional; it only needs to make the work easier to understand.
Take one useful piece back to the desktop
When the broad view has done its job, pop out the note, checklist, image, or reference that matters now. The canvas remains the larger context; the pop-out becomes the thing beside today’s task.
A visual space is not a more elaborate folder. It is a working surface for material you need to compare, arrange, and revisit together.
Give the messy middle somewhere honest to live.
Popout Seeker includes unlimited visual spaces and the core tools for notes, files, links, media, Quick Actions, Home, and pop-outs.
